B-17G "Nine-O-Nine"

Being still watching the incredible Masters of the Air show, I wanted to chill in painting a B-17. Originally a photo study, I pushed the rendering a bit farther and had a good time illustrating the nose art from the "Nine-O-Nine" (42-31909). This plane has made 140 consecutive missions over Europe between 1944 and 1945, probably a record!
