French Hun

Very happy to show my last painting : a French F-100D Super Sabre is practicing low-level flying above the west-german countryside in the 1960s. This plane is from the EC 2/11 "Vosges" based at Toul, France.
Composition inspired by Antonis Karidis and his wonderful "Black Tulip" painting. My main objective was to study aluminium livery and associated colors to obtain quite a realist rendering. I tried a few different techniques to obtain the actual picture.
